2. 출력 범위, 0.25W~5W, 내고압, 내펄스, 높은 안정성, 내습성을 가지고 있다.인출 끝은 주석 도금 동침으로 되어 있다.

3. 기체는 95% 이상의 고품질 도자기 (Al₂O♦) 를 사용하고, 저항막층은 귀금속 루테늄, 팔라듐 등 성분의 펄프를 사용하며, 850 ℃ 의 고온을 거쳐 소결되어 열전도성이 좋고 전기성능이 안정적이며, 인출단은 주석도금동침을 사용한다.

The substrate is made of more than 95% high- quality ceramics (Al₂ O₃ ),and the resistive film layer is made of precious metal ruthenium, palladium and other composition pastes, which are sintered at 850 ℃ with good thermal conductivity and stable electrical performance.The terminal adopts tinned copper pin.
